カリフォルニア州：法人税の予定納税割合の改定
2009年7月28日付けでカリフォルニア州知事により承認されたAssembly Bill No. 17 により、2010年1月1日以降に開始した事業年度より（2010年度から）、法人の四半期の予定納税の割合が段階的に以下のように変更されます。

| 2009年度 | 30% | 30% | 20％ | 20％ |
| 2010年度以降 | 30% | 40％ | 0％ | 30％ |
